Crew Management

Crews That Are Ready, Compliant and Confident

We manage crews with the same level of discipline we apply to technical operations. From recruitment and vetting to rotations, payroll and onboard welfare - our systems are built for predictability, safety and performance.

We match people to vessel and trade, not just by qualification but by experience and fit. Medicals, visas, and certifications are all confirmed before departure. Rotations are planned early and handovers run smoothly - because a stable crew keeps the whole vessel steady.

Right People, Ready to Sail

We screen thoroughly: background checks, references, sea time, certifications and equipment familiarity. For safety-critical roles, we run simulator refreshers and pair new joiners with experienced mentors. Travel is routed to reduce fatigue, and we keep a standby pool in case plans change late.

Crews that arrive prepared, rested and ready to get to work – so vessels stay on routine without disruption.

Structured Training, Real Support

We don’t rely on dashboards to tell us how people are doing. Drills are logged, performance is monitored practically, and coaching happens early, not when problems escalate.

Recruitment & Vetting

Verified qualifications, references and sea time — aligned to vessel type and operational needs.

Rotations & Travel

Clear plans, early bookings and travel routed to minimise fatigue. Backups in place for late changes.

Payroll & Welfare

Accurate, on-time pay with practical support for seafarers both at sea and ashore.

Safety Culture That Works

Safety procedures aren’t laminated — they’re lived. Toolbox talks, checklists, and stop-work authority are part of the daily routine. Permits for hot work, enclosed spaces and energy isolation are issued and closed the same day. Pre-departure checks are completed and acted on immediately.

Training is visible, logged, and aligned to the real risks of each vessel’s trade. Drills follow a set calendar and cover everything from fire and oil spills to steering failure and security threats. Lessons are written in plain language and shared across sister vessels.

Fatigue is managed with proper rest hours, fair watch schedules and early relief planning. Mental health support is in place. Substance policies are clear and consistently applied. Crews are supported to speak up, and proud to do so.
